Owner and Head Coach, Andy Sillence is a coach a very reputable coach within the Portmsouth area. Andy has been coaching for approximately 10 years.

He has a vast knowledge of the grassroots game within the area. He has a vast amount of qualifications, which he has self funded since 2013.

Andy has been running AS Football Academy since 2013 (under a different name from 2013-2017). His pure focus is that of developing the best of each child that attends our sessions. He also has held scouting roles at pro clubs, of which is AFC Bournemouth & Portsmouth FC, along with a coaching role at Portsmouth FC. 

Andy currently holds FA Level 2 in Coaching, amongst other qualifications.
